Currently, we accept cash or bank transfers. Once we have finalized your booking, we will send to you the details.
Once you have notified us of your payment and after confirmation, we will send your vouchers through email. Normally this takes 24 hours or earlier if it is a flight or hotel reservation.
This will depend on the policy of our partners we have arranged with. If it still months away, we can negotiate for a 100% refund or the amount can be used as credit for future bookings. A refund is usually possible for emergency or medical cases.
